Quality Gas Pump Parts

To build our retro gas pumps we use aluminum parts using the original pump parts as patterns. The parts made are all manufactured at an aluminum foundery here in the United States.

The body panels for our gas pumps are pre-colored sheet aluminum. The same materials used to make gas station awnings. Each retro gas pump is sheared, bent and cut all the holes in house.

Retro Gas Pump Faces:

Both the clock face and calculator type are printed on high quality vinyl. We create an aluminum try to apply to the face. In addition we add real clock hands and screws along with simulated sight glass which is placed in a rubber grommet. This mounts the face frame with an acrylic lens.

Casting Finishes:

Everything is primted and professionally painted including the top, base, gas pump handles, and visible cylinder end caps. We can also paint or polish the face frame and/or globe ring to a bright finish. We leave the hose/nozzle fixures in their original cast color so that your pump will be just like the original gas pumps seen around the US.

Gas Pump Lighting:

We use one or two 40 watt bulbs along with an inline swithc which is installed into the 110 volt power cord. These are perfect for indoor use but with an additional minimal wiring fee we can also have them ready for outdoor use as well.

On our visible retro gas pumps the globe on top lights up. For regular pumps the face plate lights up as well as the globe on top.

Pump Placement:

While there is no wrong way to display your new gas pumps, we seem many of our customers typically set them up along a wall for umps that have one face. As an option we offer a second globe face and sign that can be installed so that your gas pump is shown off from any angle.

Sign And Globe:

If you have a logo you'd like to use for your gas pump than let us know! You can order your logo to be displayed at the top of the gas pump. Or we can also customize the globe based on your logo. The back glass is frost which helps to really highlight your logo.

Shipping & Handling:

Our retro gas pumps are typically shipped by common carrier to your location. If you purchase a vintage pump it will ship in 2 boxes with the top pump weighing 60 lbs while the pump base weighs 75 lbs.

Vintage pumps are shipped assembled. Its important to note that residential delivery will cost more and you will need someone to be home to receive the vintage gas pump.

There are other factors involved that can effect the shipping costs for custom built double bumps, beer tap pumps, and also specialty pumps.

For an exact ship cost simply give us a call or send us an email along with any other questions.

Retro Gas Pump Sizes:

Typically our gas pumps are 84" from the floor to the top of the globe with 60" tall side panels. We can also shorten the side panels if ceiling height becomes a problem. For visible gas pumps the we use the same side panels and it stands 112" to the top of the globe. Once again we can shorten as well if needed.

Our visible gas pumps weigh approximately 65 lbs while our regular face gas pumps weigh around 50 lbs.

The maximum width at the base is 18” and the body is about 14” excluding any signs or the hose mounted on the sides. Depth is the same.
